Clean hotel, I liked staff and location. I stayed in the room that was cleaned and available with private bathroom.

We appreciated this clean hotel with a comfortable lobby. The room they gave us was soundproof and big with A/C and private bathroom, for example. The location was ideal, at walking distance from Straus Park. We had a few cold drinks in the spacious property’ s bar.

As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel, as the staff was attentive in assisting me and the hotel's location in the Manhattan neighborhood made it easy to access public transportation, allowing me to explore the city with ease.

I would ask for a better vacation experience for senior people if the hotel provided more seating options with back support in the common areas.

There was something as elevator missing.

As a backpacker, I loved the easy access to public transportation, with the train station and subway just a short walk away. Getting around the city was a breeze. The staff, especially Robinson and Samir, were incredibly helpful and provided great recommendations for parking, restaurants, and trains. The location of the hotel was perfect, with the subway station right across the street. The rooms were clean, updated, and reasonably priced. a convenient and comfortable stay.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to a subway station, making it easy to travel around the city. The area is lively, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel's reception is located above a Starbucks coffee shop, which is a nice bonus.

The stairs to the actual reception area are narrow and steep, which may be difficult to climb for people with mobility issues.

The guestrooms at Marrakech New York are so cozy and inviting! The premium bedding makes you feel like you're sleeping on a cloud, and the warm tones really transport you to North Africa and the Mediterranean. It's perfect for someone who loves a well-curated and comfortable space.

Personally, I found the WiFi a bit slow, but I'm sure others wouldn't mind.

We loved the central location in a lovely neighbourhood just outside the madness of midtown. The metro station was just next to the hotel, making it easy to move around the city. The hotel was very clean with lovely facilities, and the staff was warm and helpful.
